A : No appointment is required. Walk-ins are welcome. You just need to abstain from food and water for 8-12 hours and bring your ID card.

Q : If I don't fast, can I still get tested?
A : You can also get tested. Please don't worry about the results, because the doctor will read them before sending out the documents. If there are any abnormal results, the hospital will schedule an appointment for you to see a doctor for further diagnosis.

Q : When are you open?
A : 🕘 We are open daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Q : Is there a cost for a health check-up under the social security benefits?
A : Health check-ups under social security rights are "free of charge. It is a free check-up under your rights" except in cases where you wish to purchase additional items outside of the check-up list.

Q : What is the preparation for fasting?
A : Do not eat or drink anything for 8-12 hours, or after 8:00 PM, before the day of the examination. For example, if you are coming for the examination on the 29th, you must not eat or drink anything after 8:00 PM on the 28th.

Q : Did you get a health checkup at Ladprao Hospital? Did they cover all 14 items?
A : The customer must bring their national ID card for eligibility verification first so that we can determine how many items/services their entitlement covers. If the customer has never utilized their health check-up entitlement during the specified year, for example, between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, and is 35 years of age or older, they are eligible for all items/services. (Except for the cervical cancer screening, which requires coming in to check eligibility and making an appointment in advance.)

Q : Is it possible to use social security benefits at Ladprao Hospital, even if my primary facility is somewhere else?
A : You can come in for service.

Q : Is it possible to check the status/eligibility using the national ID card?
A : Every Social Security health check requires only a national ID card. If you do not have an ID card, you can verify your identity using the "Paotang" application.
