DESCRIPTION

» ICL- Implantable Collamer Lens.

• ICL or Intraocular Lens Implantation is a vision correction technology suitable for those with severe myopia, hyperopia or astigmatism, especially those who are not suitable for LASIK or ReLEx SMILE, such as those with thin corneas or whose vision is higher than the laser treatment range.

» ICL Highlights.

• An “add-on lens” is inserted into the eye between the iris and the natural lens.
• No cutting or changing of the cornea.
• The lenses can remain in the eye permanently or be removed if desired.
• Provides sharp and high quality vision, especially in low light conditions.

» Who is it suitable for?

• Severe myopia (more than -10.00 D)
• Hyperopia or astigmatism.
• Thin cornea, not suitable for LASIK or SMILE.
• For those who want a reversible lens option.
• Age between 21-45 years and stable vision.

» ICL lens surgery procedure.

1. Thorough screening.
   • Measure vision, anterior chamber depth.
   • General eye and retinal health check-up.
2. Lens surgery.
   • Instill local anesthetic drops.
   • Make a small wound of approximately 3 mm on the black edge of the eye.
   • Insert the intraocular lens and position it behind the iris.
   • No stitches are required because the wound is small and can close on its own.

» Postoperative care.

• Apply eye drops as prescribed by your doctor (antibiotics/anti-inflammatory drugs).
• Avoid rubbing your eyes for 1-2 weeks.
• Avoid getting water in your eyes, swimming, or applying temporary eye makeup.
• Come for check-ups strictly as scheduled.

• The lump-sum program is an outpatient surgery. Does not include room rates in the case of staying in the hospital. In cases where patients wish to stay in the hospital, they will receive a 20% discount on the room rate.
• Treatment not related to disease was excluded. and in case of complications
• In the case of using general anesthesia, lump sum items cannot be used.
