- Cervical cancer.
- Testing method: Pap smear or HPV DNA test.

- Method of examination: Self-examination and examination by a doctor.
- Age at risk: Most common in men aged 15-35 years.
- Recommendation: Self-check once a month.

- Colorectal Cancer
- Method of examination: Stool test (FOBT or FIT), Colonoscopy
- Recommended age: Starting at 45-50 years old.
- Frequency: Every 1 year (FOBT), every 10 years (Colonoscopy)
- Liver Cancer.
- Risk groups: People who are carriers of hepatitis B or C viruses, people with chronic liver disease.
- Method of examination: Liver ultrasound and blood test for AFP.
- Frequency: Every 6 months.
- Lung Cancer.
- Risk group: Heavy smokers or those who have smoked before.
- Method of examination: Computerized tomography (Low-dose CT)
- Recommended age: 50 years and older with a history of smoking.
» General recommendations.
- Consult your doctor to assess your personal risk.
- Get health insurance or apply for a comprehensive annual health check-up package.
- Maintain good health by exercising, noticing any unusual symptoms, and getting necessary vaccinations, such as the HPV vaccine or hepatitis B vaccine.
